About Us:
Our goal is to create spaces that people can call home, peaceful environments that they can return to every day, whether it be permanent or transitional, to rest and be renewed, and hopefully draw upon and contribute to the community that they will be sharing with others.
Your New Living Space
Personal Bed in a Shared Room (Private rooms may be available)
Every Occupant will have their own personal bed in a shared room. Some homes may offer private rooms at a higher rate. There are typically two, sometimes three beds per room depending on size of room.
Shared Common Areas
Occupants will be charged one monthly fee. There will be no extra fee for utilities, cable or wi-fi, these are included. We will do our best to provide extra resources when possible.
Beds start at $675/mo (depending on location)
All occupants will be responsible for the upkeep of the home. Occupants will share the day-to-day tasks of cleaning and maintaining the home.
There will be rules that must be adhered to and policies and procedures in place to ensure this.
24/7 Surveillance will be utilized for the safety and protection of all occupants and as well as the property.
This is a drug-free, alcohol-free environment and no drugs or alcohol will be allowed on the premises.

One monthly fee
Shared common areas include living room, bathroom(s), kitchen area. Occupants will have designated personal areas to store food and other personal belongings. All homes will be fully furnished with at least one TV, computer, washer and dryer.
